1932 – The scientific creation
In Denia, an important resort center in Southern Spain, the pharmacologist Luis Garcia and the chemical engineer Carlos Juan establish Laboratorios AUMON, S.A. with the purpose and dedication to manufacture topical skin care products such as creams and solutions.
1975 - Moving headquarters to Alicante, Spain
Laboratorios AUMON is purchased by Laboratorios CENTRUM and headquarters is moved to Alicante.
1983 – The creation of ASAC pharma
In 1983 the group of companies that encompass ASAC pharma is established with the target to cover the entire human health sector. One of its main pillars Laboratorios AUMON, S.A. was redirected to focus mainly on cosmetics development. Under the leadership of its first General Manager Doña Pepa Sivera the company’s mission became clear: To fully service the beauty professionals.
1983 – ATACHE Scientific Cosmetic
Laboratorios AUMON launches its famous line of scientific cosmetic ATACHE, designed to focus on cabin treatments and contribution to the beauty sector and its professionals. Every aspect of the launch ranging from the scientific investigation to the latest levels of technology at the time were realized by the ASAC pharma group, thereby making it self-sufficient.
1984 – Magazine for cosmetology and scientific aesthetic ATACHE
1984 AUMON launch into publication the Magazine for cosmetology and scientific aesthetic ATACHE. The magazines main focus is the scientific education and training of beauty professionals.
1989 – ATACHE A.R. RETINOL
In March 1989 AUMON launches the first retinol product in Spain ATACHE A.R. RETINOL, based on a formula extracted from the alcohol phase of the retinoic acid.
1990 – ATACHE S.O.D.
The brand passed a fresh milestone by launching ATACHE S.O.D. incorporating in its formulation Superoxide dismutase that catalyze the breakdown of superoxide anion (O2-) and provides the first line of defense against oxygen toxicity.
1995 – C VITAL
AUMON is the first laboratory in Spain to launch its now famous Vitamin C line C VITAL.
1995 – AUMON becomes ATACHE
Because of the great success and popularity of the brand name ATACHE in Spain Laboratorios AUMON decides to change its name to Laboratorios ATACHE, S.A.
1995 - Internationalization
In 1995 the process of expanding to other countries begins by attending all the important professional beauty fairs and the first exportation targets being Panama, Ecuador, Morocco, Guatemala.
1997 – Spanish NOVA Award for internationalization
Laboratorios ATACHE wins the Spanish award for internationalization NOVA.
2004 – The concept of Triple Antioxidant Protection
ATACHE creates the concept of Triple Antioxidant Protection by incorporating along with Vitamin C two more anti-oxidants: Vitamin E and Alpha-Lipoic-Acid.
2006 – USA Subsidiary
In 2005 the US subsidiary ATACHE USA Inc. was established to play a commanding part on the biggest cosmetic market in the world. ATACHE products delight women in over 26 countries.
2006 – International consolidation
ATACHE achieves the consolidation of its international presence by wining important awards such as Grand Prix during the INTERCHARM PROFESSIONAL Fare, "Best Therapeutical Technology for Aging Care", in Moscow and nominated among "Best Cosmetic Products for Skin Care". In addition to those recognitions the company is also well represented in professional media all around the world: Esthetic World (Spain), SkinInc (USA), Spa (USA), Nouvelles Esthetiques (Russia), etc. The Professional Licensing Board Division of Georgia/USA extends its official recognition to all ATACHE products for their quality and training programs.
2006 – Concept of Wrinkle Attack
In 2006 ATACHE creates the concept of Wrinkle Attack. VITAL AGE RETINOL incorporates Retinol and Coenzyme Q 10.
